Healthcare, Racism and the Economy

From Rep. Joe Wilson yelling out “YOU LIE” during President Obama’s address to congress on healthcare, to former President Jimmy Carter asserting that racism is behind much of President Obama’s political opposition, the focus on the main issues of healthcare and the economy have been redirected to an issue that has plagued our society for centuries– racism.

When the unemployment rate is at its worst point since the Great Depression and many Americans are without healthcare, what should the American people and those who represent the country in Washington be focused on? RACISM or HEALTHCARE AND THE ECONOMY?
